A TPM (Trusted Platform Module) is a computer chip/microcontroller that can securely store artifacts used to authenticate the platform and since version 6.7 vSphere support TPM 2.0.
In my case I had an message: TPM 2.0 device detected but a connection cannot be established.
NOTE: Before you start, place the host into Maintenance Mode in vCenter using Ensure Accessibilty.
