Solution was tested on both DELL and Cisco UCS boxes.
- SSH to ESXi hosts
- Log with root account
- Run the command lines shown below to get the idrac IP address:
localcli hardware ipmi bmc get
The iDRAC IP is displayed in the row “IPv4 Address”.
esxcli hardware ipmi bmc get
The iDRAC IP is displayed in the row “IPv4 Address”.
