Today I will tell you a story what happened to me once I was doing notable help-desk duty in a small company south of England. I am that old that I remember #CRT monitors. One day I was sitting in my office. Oh yes there were no open space offices. And if you saw the #ITcrowd series, my office looked very similar. We were playing #Quake once the phone rang and I thought it would be another “have you turned it off and on again” call. But the lady on the other end of the line was very serious and she claimed she tried a few times to do so, but her screen is not responsive…
